Recruiting and retaining high quality staff is an onging challenge for most organizations. The Bates College Office of Career Services understands this challenge and is dedicated to building relationships with students, alumni, and employers in order to recommend the best fit possible. The OCS strives to prepare students for the rigors, realities, and rewards of full time employment.
