Quality points are awarded based on the grade earned in each course and are indicated on the transcript. Non-Bates credit such as transfer, Advanced Placement, and JYA/JSA credit carry 2 quality points per credit, however, the points do not appear on the transcript and must be added to the Bates total. Short Term units carry no quality points. A total of 64 quality points are needed to graduate.
