Study Abroad by Bates Students

Off-Campus study at Bates is managed through the Off-Campus Study Office, according to policies set by the faculty, administration, and the Off-Campus Study Committee. Approximately 60% of Bates students study off-campus once or more during their times at Bates. The goal of the Off-Campus Study Office and Committee is for these experiences to be integral to, and supportive of, the student's overall academic progam at Bates. Information on all these options and the related College policies and procedures are available in the Off-Campus Study Office and in the online section for Bates students.
