Access Control Office
The Access Control Office is located in room 140 Chase Hall.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30 pm. Sunday hours may be offered at the beginning and end of the school year.
Faculty and Staff may request keys and additional access with this form.

Key Pick Up
Key pick up is in room 140 Chase Hall, outside Chase Lounge.
Winter Term 2018
Keys for the Winter 2018 semester will be available in the Access Control Office on the following dates:
Saturday, January 6, noon to 5pm
Sunday, January 7, 10am to 5pm
The first board plan meal will be the evening meal on Sunday, January 7.
If you are not returning to College housing for the Winter 2018 term, all College keys are due Sunday, December 17th at 5pm. There is an after hours drop box to the right of the Access Control Office door for after hours returns. Keys returned after December 17th are subject to a $25 late return fee. Keys not returned or returned after the locks have been changed are subject to a $100 rekeying fee.
You are responsible for returning your keys at the end of your school year. Do not leave keys in your room. Do not expect someone else to return them for you or give them to someone for their use. If Chase Hall is closed when you attempt to return your keys, you may return them to the Security Office at 245 College Street.
If you forgot to return your keys before you left campus, please contact the Access Control Office at email@example.com. The keys may be mailed to: Access Control Office, Chase Hall, 56 Campus Ave, Lewiston, ME 04240. Please use a padded envelope so the keys do not tear through the envelope while in the mail system.
