On behalf of the Bates College Office of Equity and Diversity (OED), the Office of Intercultural Education (OIE), and Alumni and Family Engagement, we invite you to join members of the alumni and family community in Chicago on Saturday, March 10.

Noon–1:15 p.m., Tour at The DuSable Museum of African American History with Julisa De Los Santos, Director of the OIE at Bates. Space is limited to 25 attendees.

1:30–3 p.m., Gathering at Metrosquash with hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and remarks.

Metrosquash is a short distance — just 4 blocks — from The DuSable with easy parking options. We hope this event will provide you with an opportunity to (re)connect with fellow alumni and to learn more about campus initiatives aimed at enhancing equality, inclusion, and social justice within the Bates community.

If you have questions, please contact Cary Gemmer, Director of Alumni and Family Engagement.
