Men’s squash trounces No. 10 Navy, 9-0

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Bates men’s squash team routed Navy 9-0 on Saturday at Yale University, making further claim to perhaps taking one of the top eight spots when the next College Squash Association rankings are released.

A day after defeating No. 8 Cornell, the No. 12 Bobcats (3-2) had little trouble disposing of the No. 10 Midshipmen for their third win over a top-10 ranked opponent in the young season. Follow this link for an account of Bates’ success on squashtalk.com.

Bates, whose scheduled match against Yale on Saturday was canceled, was slated to play Franklin & Marshall and Trinity College at Trinity on Sunday.
