Women’s squash routs Franklin & Marshall, 9-0

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Bates College women’s squash team overpowered Franklin & Marshall 9-0 on Sunday at Yale, raising the No. 12 Bobcats’ record to 3-5.

Bates’ scheduled match at Trinity College was postponed due to snowstorms in New England.

First-year Mimi Neal (Danvers, Mass.) won her sixth straight match at the No. 6 position for Bates.

The Bobcats (6-4) next play at Colby on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
