Brooks, Ariffin play for intercollegiate women's squash doubles title

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — Bates sophomore Ashley Brooks (Roslindale, Mass.) and first-year Nessrine Ariffin (Penang, Malaysia) played for the title in the second-ever Intercollegiate Women’s Squash Doubles Championships, hosted by the Racquet Club of Philadelphia on Sunday.
University of Pennsylvania co-captains Nabilla Ariffin and Pia Trikha defeated Brooks and Nessrine Ariffin, 15-13, 15-7, 15-12, in the championship match.
