Local Physicals, Physical Therapy, and Primary Care Services

Locations for Local Physicals

If you are in need of getting a physical while on campus the below locations will be able to meet this request.  Please call to schedule an appointment for a physical at either location.  The physical must be completed on the Bates Sport Participation Physical Form and faxed, mailed, or hand delivered to the Bates College Health Center for review by the Health Center and Sports Medicine Department.  Clearance will be determined following review.
