February 25, 2012	Fitzpatrick ’15 places eighth in giant slalom at NCAA East Championship Katie Fitzpatrick had her best carnival races to date, finishing eighth among 69 skiers to lead the Bates alpine ski team in the giant slaloms at the NCAA East Region Championship on Saturday.
February 18, 2012	Rookies again lead alpine team at Williams Carnival It was another strong day for the Bates women’s alpine ski team’s exceptional first-year class at Saturday’s giant slalom races at the Williams Winter Carnival, held at Jiminy Peak.
February 13, 2012	Hayes, Jones shine in makeup GS races at Burke Mtn. Bates first-year Emily Hayes (Natick, Mass.) finished up a busy and productive weekend with her best giant slalom performance of the season, as the EISA tour made up the GS races missed at the UNH Carnival two weeks ago by staging GS races at Burke Mountain.
February 11, 2012	Hayes sixth in slalom at Dartmouth Winter Carnival First-year Emily Hayes placed sixth in the races to lead the Bates alpine ski teams on Saturday at the Dartmouth Winter Carnival.
February 10, 2012	Rookies Hayes, Fitzpatrick lead women’s alpine at Dartmouth First-years Emily Hayes and Katie Fitzpatrick finished 14th and 15th, respectively, to lead the Bates women’s alpine ski team to sixth place out of 13 teams in the giant slalom on Friday at the Dartmouth Winter Carnival.
February 4, 2012	Women’s alpine takes second again at UVM Carnival The Bates women’s alpine ski team placed two first-years among the top four, and three among the top 12 skiers, for a second straight outstanding performance at the UVM Carnival on Saturday. The Bobcats finished second out of 13 squads for the second consecutive day at the carnival.

January 28, 2012	Rookies Dunleavy, Hayes among top 10 at UNH Carnival Bates first-years Avril Dunleavy and Emily Hayes both finished among the top 10 out of 55 competitors in the slalom competition on Saturday at the UNH Winter Carnival at Attitash Mountain.
January 21, 2012	Hayes, Jones lead alpine team in slalom at Bates Carnival Bates first-year Emily Hayes came in fifth place among 74 competitors in the women’s slalom, while senior captain Alex Jones posted his second straight top-15 finish in the men’s slalom on Saturday, as the Bates Carnival concluded with slalom races at Sunday River.
