March 12, 2013	MMBCWA All-State awards go to Bogdanovich, Boornazian Bates senior Ed Bogdanovich was selected First Team All-State, and first-year Mike Boornazian made the All-Rookie Team, as the Maine Men’s Basketball Coaches and Writers Association announced its year-end awards.
February 21, 2013	Boornazian named Maine Co-Rookie of the Week Bates first-year Mike Boornazian earned Rookie of the Week honors for the second straight week from the Maine Men’s Basketball Coaches and Writers Association, this time sharing Co-Rookie of the Week award with Chris Hudnut of Colby.
February 16, 2013	Cats put up a fight in NESCAC quarterfinal loss to Ephs The Bates men’s basketball team made one of the top teams in Division III fight until the end to advance past them, as second-seeded Williams ended the Bobcats’ season with an 88-79 win in the quarterfinals of the NESCAC Men’s Basketball Championship on Saturday in Chandler Gym.
