Women’s rowing third out of 28 at New Englands

The Bates women’s rowing team finished just shy of rival Williams in trophy points, 93.81 to 89.27, but fellow NESCAC rival Trinity outscored them both with 103.01 on Saturday at the New England Rowing Championships.

What a start to the New England Division III Outdoor Championships for the Bates men’s track and field team. In the second day of limited action at the meet, the majority of which takes place at Colby tomorrow, Bates won three event titles and scored a whopping 42 points.
