March 4, 2013	Arens to run as ninth seed in the 800 at NCAAs Bates senior Elizabeth “Bud” Arens will compete in her third consecutive NCAA Track & Field Championship meet this week, representing the Bobcats in the 800 meters at the 2013 indoor nationals, to be held March 8-9 at North Central College in Naperville, Ill.
March 4, 2013	Men’s track to send record eight athletes to NCAAs The Bates men’s track and field team will send a program-record eight athletes to compete in seven events to the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, as the accepted entries were announced Monday morning.

March 3, 2013	Critchlow ’03 to be inducted into Concord-Carlisle H.S. Hall of Fame Bates alum Jeff Critchlow ’03 will be inducted this coming May into the Concord-Carlisle (Mass.) High School Sports Hall of Fame. Critchlow played both soccer and lacrosse at Bates, and is parlaying some lessons learned as a Bobcat into a successful career.
March 3, 2013	Kelly wins bracket title at CSA Individual Nationals Myriam Kelly ’15 finished out CSA Individual Nationals with her fourth straight win on Sunday, as she claimed victory in the Holleran Division First Round Consolation Bracket championship match.
March 2, 2013	Women’s tennis tops visiting Mount Holyoke, 7-2 The Bates women’s tennis team swept doubles play and won four out of six singles matches for a 7-2 non-conference victory over Mount Holyoke on Saturday in Merrill Gymnasium, the 28th-ranked Bobcats’ home opener.
March 2, 2013	Abdel Khalek reaches national semis, falls to top seed Bates first-year sensation Ahmed Abdel Khalek defeated fourth-seeded Ramit Tandon of Columbia in the national quarterfinals on Saturday, before his run in the Pool Division of the CSA Individual Nationals finally came to a close.

February 28, 2013	Hohlt departing as Bates’ head field hockey coach After 15 years at the helm, head coach Wynn Hohlt has announced her intention to leave the Bates field hockey program, effective at the end of the current academic year.
February 27, 2013	Beaulieu named to All-NESCAC team Bates senior Allie Beaulieu received Second Team All-NESCAC honors on Wednesday, as the New England Small College Athletic Conference announced its Women’s Basketball All-Conference Teams.
February 26, 2013	Gagne recognized on All-NESCAC swim team Bates sophomore Matthew Gagne was officially recognized as All-NESCAC, as the New England Small College Athletic Conference announced its 2013 Men’s Swimming & Diving All-Conference Team on Tuesday.
