Men’s squash tips Midshipmen at nationals

Senior R.J. Keating held off Navy’s Hunter Bouchard for a match-clinching 3-1 win at the No. 4 position, as the Bates men’s squash team defeated the Midshipmen 5-4 for the second time this season in second-round Hoehn Cup play Saturday morning at CSA Men’s Team Nationals.

LePage breaks 83-year-old team record in the 800

Bates senior James LePage broke the oldest record in the men’s track and field team’s history on Friday night at Open New Englands at Boston University, running 800 meters in 1:51.59 to eclipse the former team mark of 1:51.74 set in 1930 by Russell “Ossie” Chapman ’31.
