Alex Egelson

2008: Started 22 games and finished out the season with 14 RBIs, a .333 batting average, a .381 slugging average, a .398 on-base percentage and a .959 fielding percentage (98 putouts and 19 assists)…. In late April, Egelson went 3-3 in the first game of a doubleheader against Bowdoin, scoring two runs…. Two days later, he went 3-5 against Colby, notching one run. 

2007: Started 24 games and ended the season with one HR and 14 RBIs….In early May, Egelson went 2-3, driving in three runs against the University of Maine-Farmington.

2006: Started 26 games and concluded the season with 14 RBIs and took 28 total bases…. In April, Egelson went three for four, driving in two runs against UMaine-Presque Isle.

2005: Served as a backup catcher to All-NESCAC selection Charlie Engasser … Played in seven games, starting three … first career start was against University of Maine Presque Isle … Hit .214
