Ben Shwartz

2009: Made 11 appearances including a team-high eight starts as a pitcher…Pitched 46 innings and recorded 29 strikeouts…Finished the season with a team-high three wins along with two losses and an ERA of 5.09.

2008: Appeared seven times, starting five games…. Pitched 5.2 innings in an early-April game against Trinity with a 11.88 ERA, his second-best of the season, and struck out four batters of 11 total that season….. Named 2008 Spring NESCAC All-Academic…. Elected captain for 2009 season.

2007: Starting pitcher in seven games…. Shwartz concluded his season with a total of 32 innings pitched and 24 strikeouts.

2006: Led Bobcats in victories, going 3-2 in seven starts with a 4.46 earned run average.
