2005: Anchored the Bates attack as a first-year, serving as starting shortstop and leadoff hitter for much of the year … Ranked third on the team in Batting average at .333 … Second on the team in slugging percentage at .426 … Second on team in runs (19), hits(36), doubles(5), homeruns(1) total bases (46) and RBI (15) … Made only six errors in 91 chances at shortstop, good for a .934 fielding percentage … Also saw limited action on the mound for the Bobcats, posting a 7.20 ERA in two appearances.
