Within this package of benefits, the College contributes towards the cost of the Medical, Dental, Basic Life, Basic AD&D Insurance, and Long-Term Disability Insurance. The College’s contribution towards the benefit plans is pro-rated for three-quarter time and half-time Faculty and Staff Members. Subject to certain requirements, Faculty and Staff Members also have the option of opting out of the benefit plans and receiving cash instead.
