Stay in Touch

Welcome back! There are many ways for you to stay involved with the Biology Department and our current students.

Stay in contact – let us know where you are, what you are doing (grad or prof school, job), and your accomplishments. This information is invaluable to us when we write grants and must provide data on post-graduate outcomes for our students.

Visit Bates – let us know you’re coming; want to give a seminar? participate in a class?  We love to have alumni come back to contribute their time and expertise to benefit those who follow.

Stay connected – Bookmark our biology website to stay abreast of biology events and other news from the Biology Department.

Networking – Take advantage of the Bates Office of Career Services to find internships, jobs after Bates, or connections to other alumni. Have an internship position in your lab or workplace for a current student? Let Career Services know so that our students can connect with you.
