IACUC and IRB Forms

Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee Proposal Forms

Faculty, staff, or students involved with animal or human research at Bates College must complete the appropriate proposal forms so as to ensure compliance with IACUC guidelines before the work begins. Completed forms should be sent directly to Mary Hughes and the IACUC Committee. Research involving human subjects requires compliance with Federal rules overseen by the Bates Institutional Review Board. Contact Mary Hughes (x6942 or email mhughes) if you have questions.
