Books for classes and seminars taught at Bates College

Short Term books are now available for sale in the text area of the Bookstore in Chase Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (note that we are closed April 21, 2012).

If you prefer to order from our website and have us pick and box your books, follow the links to the Short Term 2012 list (found under the ‘Textbooks’ tab), or follow the link via your course on the Garnet Gateway.

Textbook Rentals are now available through the bookstore!

Next Text Book Buyback runs during the last week of Short Term 2012, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Mon.. through Fri. in the Bookstore Lobby.

The text area is located to the left in the main area of the bookstore. Texts are available for sale (during the academic year):
Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

During the first weeks of Fall and Winter Terms, textbooks are located across the hall in the Little Room.
