How to return a textbook

The last day to return Short Term 2013 books without a drop slip is Wednesday,  April 24, 2013.

After April 24, 2013  you must return your books within one week of dropping the course and have a drop slip from the Registrar’s Office.

Books must be in the same condition as when purchased. New books must be unmarked and in good condition. Plastic wrapped books must be returned in their original wrap. If a book contains software, the seal must not be broken. All returns must be accompanied by a cash register receipt and credit card draft copy (if applicable).

Books purchased used may be returned in the same condition for a full refund in compliance with the above guidelines.

Defective books will be replaced at no charge and should be returned at once.
