How do I create my own email distribution list?
You can create a personal mailing list (called a contact group in Bates Gmail) by using the contacts picker, which includes the email addresses of all current Bates account holders.
To access the contacts picker when composing an email message: Click the To: link.
If you need to create a global mailing list that other employees can use, please contact the Help Desk.
Once you’ve selected the contacts, name the group. When you compose your e-mail message, send it to the group name.
