Students interested in applying for prominent nationally competitive awards such as the Fulbright, Rhodes and Watson should contact Robert Strong at rstrong@bates.edu and visit the Graduate Fellowship Committee’s homepage.

Grants for Individuals – Michigan State University Libraries provides a comprehensive, searchable database of fellowship opportunities.

Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Junior Fellows Program - Carnegie Junior Fellows work as research assistants to the Endowment’s senior associates.  Current seniors and Class of 2013 alumni may apply.  Applications will be available from BCDC in late October and are usually due to the Bates Nominating Committee in late December.  Contact Nancy Gibson at ngibson@bates.edu for more information.
