Application for Additional Club Funding

Additional club funding is designed to enable clubs to realize their mission by requesting funds beyond their initial budget allocation. Please find below a timetable to help you identify when to submit an application:

Sunday, March 18 Thursday, March 22
Sunday, March 25 Thursday, March 29
Sunday, April 1 Thursday, April 5
**No applications will be reviewed during exam period or April Break.**


This resource can be accessed to support:

  • Conferences, professional development opportunities, tournaments, meets, and other club travel
  • Events and programs, including but not limited to logistical needs and harm reduction (e.g., security, event staff, food, etc.)
  • Other miscellaneous funding needs for club-related activities and operations
