Departments and Offices
There are many offices and departments that provide support to clubs!
The premier resource for BCSG-recognized clubs is the Office of Campus Life. The Office of Campus Life has professional staff and student staff that work to elevate your club activities to the next level through funding, logistical advice and support, and general advising. If you have an idea for your club and you are not quite sure how to make it a reality, the Office of Campus Life is where you should start.
The Harward Center for Community Partnerships offers a multitude of resources to help clubs engage with the Lewiston/Auburn community. For clubs this primarily takes the form of the Community Liaison, a community focused club leader. The Harward Center helps to support Community Liaisons in creating meaningful and fun collaborate events with the local community for their club.
The Office of Residence Life and Health Education has a variety of resources, one of the most valuable being the ability to collaborate with the Residence Life Staff. Residence Life Staff members will hold programs for their residents and working with them to facilitate a program that highlights your club is a great way to reach students who may not already know about it.
In addition to managing campus space reservations via the Event Management System, Dining, Conferences, and Campus Events (DCC) is responsible for catering events. DCC has a wide variety of food that can be ordered and delivered to your event, such as the quintessential chai and cookies.
If you are planning on making print media to advertise your club activities, Post and Print can help! Post and Print has a wide variety of paper types, colors, and sizes to assist you in catching the eye of any potential attendees passing by your posters, and can also assist with designing slides for the digital signage (TV screens) around campus!
