Bread at Backery for Breakfast

Dear Cheryl,

I absolutely love the homemade flavorful bread at backery for breakfast. I have it all the time. I just wonder would it be possible for you to add less sugar? Sometimes it gets to sweet, especially at the edges. Thank you!

We will make sure not to add sugar to the top of the bread, which may be why some of the edges appear more sweet. We’ll see if that helps as just reducing the sugar may also change the texture.
