Is there anyway the mayo, mustard, and all other condiments at the sandwich bar could be at the beginning of the line as opposed to the end? People tend to spread on the condiments first and then go for the meats, cheese, etc. Thanks!
We moved them to the end of the line, per student request. When at the front, people take a longer time applying them, slowing down the line and also creating more cross contamination. When placed at the end, people are encouraged to put a dollop on their plate and apply at the table, keeping the lines moving faster.
