I have noticed that there are more soy yogurts than there used to be, but as someone who is lactose intolerant I was wondering if there would be a way to have them on the weekends as well. Are they extremely expensive, or is there less demand on weekends? I just find that when I want one for brunch they are usually out, even occasionally on week days as well.
Expense has not been the issue, though thanks for understanding that there are cost limitations, rather the issue has been availability. The source from which we get this product “shorted” us two weeks in a row so we are just not starting to receive our regular order again. We will continue monitor this product and increase par levels as necessary.
