What’s wrong with Vegan Bar food?

Dear Cheryl,
I don’t want to be mean, but I really want to express my concern with some vegan bar food on weekends. Sometimes the dishes aren’t like how they used to be and look really weird. The Mushroom Seitan Stroganoff today was immersed in a black thick broth which looked greasy and not appealing at all. The black spoon being used to serve the food wasn’t helpful to get rid of the broth. Also, could we still have the olives in Greek Tofu Scramble to be diced? The whole ones were just too salty to have.

Thanks for your comments and input. We have had some new staff in this area and will look into the situation to ensure better consistency.
