As space allows, Facility Services accepts furniture items in good condition that a department no longer needs and holds it in the furniture storage area on the 2nd floor of Cutten Maintenance Building. Furniture items are held for approximately 60 days prior to being donated or recycled off campus.
If you see something you like in the gallery below, please visit Facility Services and ask to be shown the furniture storage area. If a suitable piece is found, please fill out the label on the item to reserve it for 24 hours.
After the item is reserved, please take measurements to ensure that it will fit in your office. Once a decision has been made as to whether the piece will fit or not, please call Facility Services at ext. 6449 to either have it delivered within 4 business days, or remove reserved status at which time the item will be made available to others.
Facility Services is open from 7am to 4pm, M-F during the school year, and 7am to 3:30pm, M-F during the summer months. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing to view items.
