2011: Started in all eight games for the Bobcats…. Tied for fourth on the team in solo tackles (20), while combining for a total of 44 tackles on the season…. Was credited with three interceptions and one sack
2010: Started all eight games for Bates while playing both cornerback and safety, ranking third on the team in tackles with 50, including 30 solo stops…. Evans picked off two passes for 12 return yards and also broke up five other passes, to go with one fumble recovery and one tackle for a loss.
2009: Started all eight games at cornerback, recording 23 tackles and a career-high four interceptions for 31 return yards…. Ranked second in the NESCAC in passes defended with 13 (nine breakups, four interceptions)…. Evans’ interception and 12-yard return against Tufts on Oct. 3 gave Bates a 7-3 lead in the second quarter.
2008: Saw extensive action as a rookie cornerback, recording 28 tackles and seven passes defended…. Had six solo tackles in a win against Hamilton on Nov. 8…Made an interception and recovered a fumble in a win against Colby on Oct. 25.
High School: Football captain…. All-Scholastic…. Offensive MVP Thanksgiving Game 2006 and 2007…. League All-Star.
