2011: Started all eight games at defensive end for Bates, making 21 tackles with 5.5 for a loss of 27 yards, and three sacks for a total loss of 24 yards…. In win over Tufts on Oct. 1, had two tackles for a loss, including one sack, along with two quarterback hurries and one pass breakup…. Also had quarterback sacks against Williams and Colby.

2010: Played in all eight games for the Bobcats, getting credit for 11 tackles (eight solo), inclding 3.0 for a total loss of 33 yards, and one sack…. Hounded Hamilton’s offensive line on Nov. 13 with a career-high five tackles, with a sack, a quarterback hurry and a pass breakup,

2009: Played in four games as a reserve defensive lineman.
Other Bates activities: Played on the varsity men’s basketball team in the 2010-11 season.
