Sebastian Pedraza

2008: Made appearances in two games against Wesleyan and Middlebury at linebacker…. Recipient of the Ritter Football/Academic Award.

Other Activities, Organizations, etc.: As a first-year student in 2007, Pedraza was what was then called a Hughes Summer Scholar, and is now referred to as Bates Summer Scholars program, an accelerated introduction to the sciences and math at Bates. Open to 10 entering first-year students, the program seeks to build a community of science scholars from among a diverse group of incoming first-years.

High School: Honor Student…. Football captain for two years…. Lettered in both lacrosse and wrestling as well as football.
