Ongoing Make sure that you have a passport valid through at least January 2021
October 6, 2018 Information Session for Parents
September 26, 2018 Off-Campus Study Fair,
Commons 221-2, 11am-1pm
September 2018-January 2019 Individual Advising Sessions with Mr. Das and Dean Reese.  Receive link to Off-Campus Study Registration Form after first advising session.
By Mid-January 2019 Declare Major; obtain major department chair/advisor signature on Registration Form.
February 1, 2019 Off-Campus Study Registration Form due by 4pm
Mid-February- early April 2019 Apply for Fall 2019 or Year programs (Pay attention to specific program application deadlines)
Students applying to Australian and New Zealand universities for Fall 2019 should do so by mid- March
Late March – Early April 2019 Pre-departure information sessions for Fall and Year students
By May 1, 2019 Financial Aid students renew FAFSA and College Profile applications.
Late June 2019 Students studying off-campus for Fall 2019 and 2019-20 academic year (one program) receive financial aid letter.  (Financial aid disbursed by early September)
Summer 2019 Fall/Year students apply for visas (if applicable).  Visa process details.
Early September 2018 Financial Aid disbursed for Fall and Year students
May – September 2019 Apply for Winter 2020 programs (Pay attention to specific program application deadlines)
September – December 2019 Winter students apply for visa (if applicable).  Visa process details.
November 2019 Winter students receive financial aid letter (Financial aid disbursed by early January)
Early December 2019 Pre-departure information sessions for Winter students
Early January 2020 Financial Aid disbursed for Winter students
