Help Desk Services offers problem solving for general computing issues, hardware, software, and network support for the students, faculty, and staff of Bates College.
The Help Desk Staff and Student Assistants provide computing assistance with troubleshooting via telephone support, as well as walk-up, IM, and email support. For after hours support, the Help Desk provides voicemail and email, responding within the next business day. We can not offer hardware repair, nor can we assist you with operating system installations, but we can help you find the required resources for this work.
