Service Level Agreements (SLA)
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is our Service Expectation that is made between the Bates College IT Help Desk and members of the Bates College Community. Particular aspects of the service – quality, availability, responsibilities – are agreed between the service provider (IT Help Desk) and the service user (Bates Community Members).
We are currently working to develop our Service Expectations that are provided by the IT Help Desk to the Bates College Community. Additional items will continue to be added over time.
