Room Selection Dates
PLEASE NOTE – Room selection dates for the 2011-2012 academic year have not yet been set. Please refer to the dates below from the 2010-2011 academic year as general guidelines as to the process and the approximate dates for all parts of room selection.
Off-Campus Lottery (Delayed until mid-February)

| Thursday, February 3 | Off -Campus Lottery results posted at Noon outside the Housing & Residence Life Office |
| Friday, February 11 | Signed contracts due at 4:30 PM |
Theme House Proposals
| Wednesday, January 18 | Proposal information available at the Housing & Residence Life Office and online |
| Friday, February 17 | Proposals due at 4:00 PM |
| Friday, February 24 | Proposal acceptances sent via email to coordinators |
| Sunday, March 4 | Resident assignments and contracts from coordinators |
Suite Selection
| Monday, February 27 | Class lists will posted outside the Housing & Residence Life Office and on Garnet Gateway by Noon. Please check the list to be sure that your name and class year, as well as the name and class year of any student for whom you are serving as a proxy, are correct. All student class year discrepancies must be reported to the Housing & Residence Life Office by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16th. Members of groups exempted from the lottery (JARC staff, off-campus, and theme house residents) will not be given lottery numbers. |

General Housing Lottery
