Group Dynamic Reimbursement Account Debit Card Information

The Benny Card is being replaced with a GDI Debit Card effective January 1, 2012.  Your Benny card will be inactivated effective December 31, 2011 and it is recommended that you cut it up. The new card will cost $15 a year (reduced from the $18 charge for the Benny Card).  You will also be able to order a second card through the Web-site in another card holder’s name at no additional cost.
