Coverage Information
- Current Report of Claims versus Premiums - our premiums are based on the total cost of claims we incur collectively at the College. The lower our claims the less of an increase we will see in our premiums. Check here to see how we are doing and how you can help!
- Aetna Medical Claim Form (PDF, 334 KB) - most claims are filed on your behalf. However, should you incur an expense from a medical provider not contracted with Aetna you may need to submit it with this medical claim form.
