Classroom support

CTES is responsible for supporting all A/V equipment in the classrooms. In the event of a problem in the class, please call 6424 to report the problem. We recognize that the nature of classroom problems typically requires an immediate solution and will make every effort to send a staff member to the classroom immediately. As with other technology, we highly recommend training on all equipment before it is used. If you are scheduled to use a classroom, feel free to call and schedule a training time in that classroom. If you are teaching in a room that does not have equipment that you need, please contact us to arrange for delivery of equipment when needed.
