Setting Up the Macintosh Printing Client

A. Remove all old Ladd printers.

1. Click on the Apple icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select System Preferences.
3. Select Print & Fax.
4. Click on all Ladd-First printers and click the “-” symbol to remove the printers.
5. Download The Equitrac client installer for: 10.5 (Leopard) - 10.7 (Lion)
   Note: 10.4 and below are not supported.
6. Install the Equitrac Software. Double click on the installer and follow the install guide. At the end you will be required to restart your computer.
7. When you print, Equitrac will ask for your ID and password. Enter your Bates username and password.
