Graduated Student Network Account Access

As a graduated Senior, Information and Library Services would like to remind you of the following items that you should note and take care of before Monday, January 16, 2017.

Access to your Bates G Suite Account, including your Bates Username and Password will Expire on Monday, January 16th, 2017.

There are several utilities available to you to assist with migrating your Bates G Suite account data to a Personal G Suite account. The simplest option is to utilize CloudGopher which makes a copy of your Bates G Suite account (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, and Docs), including “Shared with me” files into your personal G Suite account. If you don’t have a personal G Suite account, obtaining one is easy and free. Just visit the Create your Google Account website.

Other options to save your Bates G Suite account data:

  • Use Google Takeout. Google Takeout is a free option that you can use to export and download your data from your Bates G Suite account. In a few easy steps, you can create an archive of your data to keep for your records or use the data in another service.
