Network Outage, July 23, 2016 6am-7:30am

On Saturday, July 23, from 6:00 am – 7:30 am, Information and Library Services will be conducting maintenance on a key network switch. Most services will be affected during this early morning outage.

Voicemail Service Interruption, Wednesday, June 15, 2016

The Campus Voicemail System will be out of service today, Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

– During this time users will be unable to access the voicemail system. 
Incoming callers will be asked to call back after the service outage if they wish to leave a message.

– All user content including greetings and saved messages will be unaffected.

Banner/Garnet Gateway Outage, Sunday, June 12, 2016

On Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 4:00am to 4:00pm, Information and Library Services will be performing an upgrade to the Banner Administrative System.

During the upgrade, the following services will be unavailable during that time:

  • Banner
  • Garnet Gateway
  • Document Management
  • Hyperion
  • Argos
  • Degreeworks
