Voicemail Maintenance, Wednesday, July 22nd from 5am - 9am
On Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 5:00am to 9:00am, Information and Library services will be performing maintenance to the college’s voicemail service.
During this period, callers and individuals attempting to access the voicemail service will receive a message that the voicemail service is currently unavailable. Callers will not be able to leave a message and individuals attempting to check voicemail will not be able to access messages.
Printer Down Day, Friday, June 19th from 6am - 5pm
On Friday, June 19th from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm Information and Library Services will be upgrading the Equitrac print server. During this time there will be NO printing available on campus.
Please try and complete all printing tasks before Friday. If there is a need for emergency printing, please contact Help Desk Services for assistance.
Event Management Outage Friday, June 5, from 12 noon - 1pm
On Friday, June 5th from 12 noon – 1:00 pm, Information and Library services will be performing maintenance on the Event Management System (ems.bates.edu). During this time users will be unable to view or schedule events.
Network Maintenance Half-Day, Saturday, June 6th, 6am - 2pm
On Saturday, June 6th, from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, Information and Library Services will be conducting a Network Maintenance Half-Day to update backup power supplies in several server rooms. No service outages are anticipated but users should be aware that maintenance is going on during this time in case there are brief service interruptions.

Banner/Garnet Gateway Outage, Saturday, May 16th, 2015
On Saturday, May 16th from 2:00 am – 4:00 am Information and Library Services will be taking Banner offline for an Oracle upgrade.
The following services will be unavailable during this time.

– Document Management
– Online Directory
– Course Catalog
