Voicemail Outage, Saturday, April 16th from 9am - 2pm

As part of Information and Library Services planned maintenance for Saturday, April 16th, Voicemail will be out of service from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. During this time users will be unable to access the voicemail system. Incoming callers will be asked to call back after maintenance is complete if they wish to leave a message. All user content including greetings and saved messages will be unaffected.

Brief Banner/Garnet Gateway Outage, Sunday, February 21st, 2016

On Sunday, February 21st from 6:00 am – 10:00 am Information and Library Services will be taking Banner offline to apply security updates.

The following services will be unavailable during this time.
– Garnet Gateway
– Banner
– Bates Document Management System
– Hyperion
