We apologize for the very late notice but Information and Library Services will be performing service on the Event Management System (EMS) today from 12 noon – 1:00 pm. During this time, EMS and events.bates.edu will not be available.

Network Maintenance, Friday, August 7th from 4:30 pm - 11:30 pm
On Friday, August 7th, from 4:30 pm – 11:30 pm, Information and Library Services will be conducting Network Maintenance on some of our back end systems. No service outages are anticipated but users should be aware that maintenance is going on during this time in case there are brief service interruptions.
Voicemail Maintenance, Wednesday, July 22nd from 5am - 9am
On Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 5:00am to 9:00am, Information and Library services will be performing maintenance to the college’s voicemail service.
During this period, callers and individuals attempting to access the voicemail service will receive a message that the voicemail service is currently unavailable. Callers will not be able to leave a message and individuals attempting to check voicemail will not be able to access messages.
Printer Down Day, Friday, June 19th from 6am - 5pm
On Friday, June 19th from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm Information and Library Services will be upgrading the Equitrac print server. During this time there will be NO printing available on campus.
Please try and complete all printing tasks before Friday. If there is a need for emergency printing, please contact Help Desk Services for assistance.
