Contact Classroom & Event Support

ALL event support requests must be received either via e-mail (ctes@lists.bates.edu) or with a phone call to our central number, 786-6424 (x6424).

This phone number is answered weekdays from 7:30 – 6:00, therefore you should always get a timely response.

Please do not e-mail or call individual members of the department in order to schedule events or request loaner pool items. Due to sick days, vacations and other scheduling issues any events scheduled by contacting an individual directly could be easily missed. Therefore, we can only guarantee the success of an event or the availability of equipment when it is scheduled according to these parameters.
