1. From the home screen, tap on Settings.
2. Tap on Mail, Contact, Calendars.
3. Look for any Bates related account.
4. Tap on the account and then tap on your email address.
   
5. If the account has an Outgoing Mail Server of mail.bates.edu tap on the Outgoing Mail Server SMTP: mail.bates.edu setting.
   
6. You will be presented with a list of all your outgoing mail servers.
   
7. Tap on each that say mail.bates.edu and swipe to turn the mail.bates.edu Server Off.
   

BatesGuest is a private wireless network that requires a username and password.

A. Available Services:

1. Internet Access, including accessing your web based e-mail, via ports 80 and 443, HTTP and HTTPS respectively

B. To Connect with a Smartphone:

1. Turn on wireless capability (if not automatic)
2. Type in BatesGuest
   [NOTE: there is no security with this connection]
3. Launch a web browser and you will be prompted to enter your Bates User Account credentials.
4. Click Connect

2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars

3. Tap your email address for which you want to change the password.

4. Change password.

5. Press the Home Button to return to the Home Screen.
