OIE Co-Sponsorship Forms & Guidelines

The OIE offer co-sponsorship opportunities to student organizations for the purpose of developing programs, events, and activities.

In order to be eligible for funds a student organization and/or individual must show funding support from a minimum of two additional sources (i.e. student organizations, academic departments, Dean of Students, President’s Office etc).

Step 2: Apply

The OIE Director will review co-sponsorship proposals weekly and uses the criteria and requirements listed in the OIE cosponsorship guidelines. Co- sponsorship proposals are accepted on a rolling basis; however they are due NO LESS than 14 days before the scheduled date of the project. Co-sponsorship proposals submitted less than 18 days before project/event date will NOT be considered.

Step 3: Post-Event Report & Project Fair

If your project proposal has been granted funding, your organization is expected to submit a post-event report, which summarizes the results of your project, via email to rdavis@bates.edu WITHIN 30 DAYS of the project date. If post-event report is not submitted within 30 days of program date, your organization will be ineligible for funds for 2 semesters, following the semester in which proposal was submitted.
