Library replacement charges are placed on student Garnet Gateway accounts at the end of Winter semester. For materials that have been billed for replacement, and are subsequently returned to the library, the amount of the replacement and processing fee will be credited to the student’s account.

Students receive notice of bills via email. A print copy of the notice may be taken the Registrar and Student Financial Office in Libbey Forum, payment may be made there. The student may also wait for the charge to appear on the next bill from the college.

Affiliates, alumni, courtesy card holders, and other patrons must pay replacement charges at the library. Please pay by check or exact amount. Change is not available at Ladd Library.
