In Connecticut, Larry Brown serves as the state’s Department of Education Teacher-in-Residence for Science. His job is to manage the BEST (beginning education support and training) program — Induction Assessment for new Science Teachers for State of Conn. Certification…. Dwight Edwards has been with Blue Cross/Blue Shield for nearly 28 years and is two years from retirement…. Paul Savello writes: “After having served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Uruguay (1966-68), I’m once again in Uruguay, serving as special consultant to Uruguay’s president, Jorge Batlle, and to the minister of agriculture. I work with the public and private sectors in developing a national dairy research center for Uruguay’s growing dairy industry, and in food/agriculture policy advisement to the government of Uruguay.
