Bates to hold spring noonday concerts

The Bates College Noonday Concert Series continues with five concerts scheduled for the months of April and May. The free concerts, open to the public, will be held from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, at the college's Olin Arts Center Concert Hall, 75 Russell St.
Ground breaking for $17M Bates building set

Bates College will break ground for a new $17 million academic building on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the corner of Bardwell Street and Andrews Road.
